This is a film about how to integrate jump training in Volleyball. From basic to medium level of intensity. You will learn about the technique in takeoff and landing, jump rhythm, the relaxed arm swing and how to gain from jump training in the game. It shows the exercises to start with and which to use in the next level etc. This start is exactly the way every new player in my team start and the DVD also shows some more intensive jumps as well. This Volleyball Team, Örebro Volley, has been using Prof. Verkhoshanskis methods for 14 seasons and has become Champs 10 times!
The DVD also shows a lot of common non-ideal situations and positions in the game.
